Hall of Residence – City Village

Parents can be confident that their children will be living in secure and comfortable accommodation, managed by leading student accommodation providers, Downing Students.
The hall of residence is located in the heart of Coventry with shops, restaurants, cinemas and the world famous Cathedral all within walking distance. The hall of residence offers students their first taste of independent living with the security of on-site wardens.

Boys and girls have separate floors and each have their own high quality, serviced, en-suite bedroom.
Access to the building is via a pedestrian precinct and is controlled by card access. A CCTV system is manned at the reception desk. The electronic card is also used for access to the studio bedroom. In the event of card loss a 24 hour mobile number to reception will allow access and lost cards are immediately cancelled.
The hall of residence provides a gymnasium, TV lounge, common room facilities, dining hall and laundry.

All bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. Post and parcels are received and held at reception.

Please note that students must be at least 16 years of age to stay in the hall of residence.
