With 55% A* of all A level results A* and 83% A*/A – NatMatSci Continues to Set Standards for Academic Excellence in STEM!
NatMatSci has achieved some of our best A level results ever this year with over half of all grades (55%) awarded the top A* grade, and over four fifths (83%) of results awarded either an A* or an A grade. As a result, almost half of the students this year achieved 3 or more A* grades!
All of which once again makes us one of the top performing schools in the UK. These A level results are made all the more impressive as they are all in the most demanding STEM A-level subjects.
We are delighted that many of our students have confirmed their places at Oxford University and Cambridge University:
⭐️ Anh Ton: Mathematics and Computer Science at Balliol College, Oxford
⭐️ Ashish: Medicine at Balliol College, Oxford
⭐️ Cai: Engineering at Peterhouse College, Cambridge
⭐️ Cassie: Mathematics and Statistics at Queen’s College, Oxford
⭐️ Harry: Physics at St. Hilda’s College, Oxford
⭐️ Jin: Psychology and Behavioural Sciences at Trinity College, Cambridge
⭐️ Misha: Engineering at Emmanuel College, Cambridge
⭐️ Oleksiy: Mathematics and Computer Science at Wadham College, Oxford
⭐️ Paul: Natural Sciences at Trinity College, Cambridge
⭐️ Perth: Natural Sciences at Downing College, Cambridge
⭐️ Stanislav: Engineering at Homerton College, Cambridge
⭐️ Vanya: Mathematics at Churchill College, Cambridge
⭐️ Vova: Mathematics at Jesus College, Cambridge
⭐️ Yevheniia: Mathematics at Trinity College, Cambridge
In addition to their phenomenal Oxbridge success, we are delighted that some of our students will join some of the top international universities including Johns Hopkins this year; and all our students applying to study Medicine and Dentistry have secured their first-choice places.
Alongside these, our students have gone on to gain places at outstanding institutions, with nearly all of them gaining offers at either Oxbridge, Russell Group Universities, or to read Medicine at their first choice of university; we are very proud of them.
Principal Dr Andy Kemp
NatMatSci is a very special place, full of very special young people whose passion for mathematics and science knows no bounds. They have once again shone this year with some amazing individual stories, alongside these stellar statistics.
Everyone at the College is incredibly proud of the work and effort they have put in over the last two years, and we are excited to see what they will go on to achieve both at university and beyond as they use their knowledge and understanding to change the world for the better.
