It’s been another successful year of offers for students from The National Mathematics and Science College, with almost 1 in 5 students gaining offers for Oxford and Cambridge this year.
Applying to Oxford or Cambridge requires a great deal of hard work and dedication, both from the students themselves from the staff who support them in their applications through guidance, support, specialist A level tuition and preparation and interview practice.
We’d like to take this moment to thank everyone involved in this process for their significant efforts and support.
The students receiving offers this year are:
- Gun to read Mathematics at Cambridge University
- Jump to read Earth Sciences at Cambridge University
- Mos to read Chemistry at Oxford University
- Jun to read Biology at Oxford University
- Boll to read Chemistry at Oxford University
Dr Andy Kemp, Principal:
“I’d like to congratulate all the students who put themselves forward by applying to Oxford and Cambridge. The competition for places is always incredibly fierce, and even more so this year, and across the country there will be many excellent candidates who have missed out. The fact that almost 20% of the cohort have gained offers this year from either Oxford or Cambridge is a testament to their quality, and the preparation and support they have received from The National Mathematics and Science College.”
