Chemistry Olympiad

An outstanding achievement at the Chemistry Olympiad with 90% of students achieving a gold or silver award

Congratulations to all our chemistry A’level students who took part in Round 1 of the Royal Society of Chemistry Olympiad 2022.

The UK Chemistry Olympiad is designed to challenge and inspire talented young chemists, allowing them to go beyond their curriculum and excel in the chemistry field.

Students are able to test their knowledge in new, real-world situations, develop their critical thinking skills and think of creative solutions.

Achieving a certificate is huge success, especially for the Year 1 chemists, as the Chemistry Olympiad is aimed at the best Year 2 Chemistry students in the country.

We are delighted to be celebrating 90% of students achieving a gold or silver award
