Celebrating the true spirit of Christmas at NatMatSci!
As we wrap up an exciting term with festive activities and charity events, we’re thrilled to reflect on some remarkable achievements at NatMatSci. Oxford and Cambridge interviews – we’re celebrating a new College record: 31 Year 2 students—nearly half the cohort—have been invited to attend interviews! Their hard work and determination have been inspiring and we can’t wait to share their successes next term.
Our Pre-A students embraced the quirkier British Christmas traditions with a pantomime visit : ”Dick Whittington” followed by a visit to the Herbert Art Gallery! Prepped with English lessons on the traditions, a fun day out was had!\
”The interaction of the actors with the audience was hilarious and made it unforgettable.”

It was great to celebrate the spirit of giving at NatMatSci. Our amazing students donated to Coventry Food Bank for local families, rocked their Christmas Jumpers for Save the Children UK.
Our students enjoyed participating in a Christmas quiz organized by Cornforth as part of their House charity week. Other activities included roulette, poker, and werewolf games, all aimed at raising funds for Young Minds Matter, a charity based in Warwickshire supporting young people with their mental health.
Huge thanks to all for supporting the true spirit of Christmas!
🎄🍴 Home Alone – Break time feast ! 🍴🎄
Our Head Chef Peter went all out, transforming break time into a Home Alone themed wonderland!
We had Marv’s Muffins, Kevin’s Candy Canes, “Keep the Change, Ya Filthy Animal” cookies, and Wet Bandits’ Spiced Orange and Ginger Ale! Huge thanks to Peter for getting us in the holiday spirit!
