Our NatMatSci-ber webinar series continues – join Dr Steve Appleyard for an insightful webinar on the advancements in combating Huntington’s disease and Sickle Cell Anemia.

There has been a lot of progress recently in the treatment of genetic diseases. This webinar will be about the progress we have made with two of those diseases – Huntington’s disease and Sickle Cell Anaemia. We will consider the nature of these two diseases and the role of new genetic-based and cell-based technologies that have shown some potential in curing these diseases.

It’s been a record breaking year of offers for our students, with 5 gaining offers for Oxford University and 11 gaining offers for Cambridge University. Could this be you?

We hope this interactive class will provide a great introduction to studying Biology at NatMatSci!

Mark your calendars and we look forward to seeing you on the 24th April. Dr Appleyard will be happy to answer your questions at the end of the webinar.
