Today was a memorable day at the National Mathematics and Science College as we welcomed back four exceptional alumni—Morenike, Akshya, Ava, and Said—for an inspiring session with our Year 1 students.
These former students are each on remarkable academic paths:
đź©ş Morenike and Akshya are both pursuing careers in Medicine at University of Leicester.
đź’» Ava is studying Computer Science at Bristol University.
⚗️ Said is studying on Chemical Engineering at University College London.
Their visit gave current students a first-hand look at life beyond NatMatSci—from choosing the right degree to navigating university life. They shared not just their academic journeys, but also valuable insights into the skills, mindset, and work ethic that helped them succeed.
It was a motivating reminder that the foundation built at NatMatSci can open doors to a wide range of exciting and meaningful careers.
We’re incredibly proud of Morenike, Akshya, Ava, and Said—not only for what they’ve achieved, but for returning to inspire the next generation. Thank you to our alumni for giving back. We can’t wait to see what’s next for each of you! 🌟
