The NatMatSci Winning Team

NATMATSCI CHEMISTS WIN THE CHEMISTRY RACE FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW!

The Chemistry Race originated at the University of Pardubice in 2015, and is now organised by students of the chemistry departments of  Cambridge University and Oxford University. The competition, now in its fourth year, is designed to challenge sixth form teams.

Huge congratulations to New, Angel, Perth, Sasha and Ploy, the winning team in the 4th Cambridge Chemistry Race 2023. The race is a fantastic team event for sixth form students, which challenges them against the clock.

The NatMatSci team had a phenomenal score of 207 – the only team to achieve over 200 points! Click here for the results.

Many thanks to our Chemistry department, Dr Penny Robotham and Ms Charlie Turner for mentoring our team.

Thank you to all at ChemistryRace for all of their hard work organising such an exciting and challenging day. We’re looking forward to another challenging race next year!
