We are proud to share the second-to-last post-finals interview from Speaking For Tomorrow 2026, featuring our exceptional student team, The Enginemedics, who achieved an impressive 2nd place finish!
Representing NatMatSci, Carmen, Aiden, Eli, Jessica, and Valerie delivered a thought-provoking presentation exploring the impacts of climate change on human health and the future of cities, looking ahead to the year 2050. Their innovative ideas and compelling delivery in Rounds 1 and 2 secured their well-deserved place in the competition finals.
In this interview, the team reflects on their journey through the competition and the inspiration behind their work. They share their immediate reactions after stepping off the finals stage, offering an honest glimpse into the excitement and intensity of the moment.
