NatMatSci Economists smash it at the John Locke Institute Essay Competition
Each year, the John Locke Essay Competition attracts tens of thousands of entrants from around the world. Recognised as one of the most prestigious academic competitions for students, it challenges young thinkers to engage critically with questions in philosophy, politics, economics, history, and more — inspiring clarity of thought and excellence in written argument.
We are incredibly proud to announce that two of our talented Economics students, Dora and Brea, have been recognised by the competition judges of the John Locke Essay Competition for their exceptional work. Dora received a Commendation, and Brea achieved a High Commendation for her essay — both remarkable accomplishments in such a competitive international field.
Their success in the John Locke Essay Competition is a testament not only to their intellectual curiosity and hard work but also to the dedication of our teaching staff who inspire and guide our students to aim high and think deeply.
Congratulations once again to Dora and Brea on this outstanding achievement — we are so proud of you both at NatMatSci!
